will be held at the Adelaide International Raceway on Sunday the
1st July 2007 from 8:00AM to 5:00PM.

Eligibility:
All
vehicles must be road registered and display a current
registration sticker. All drivers must hold a current drivers
licence and where necessary L and P plates must be displayed.
Entries:
A maximum of 40 will be accepted. Entries must be lodged with
the appropriate entry fee to the Event Secretary, Peter Axford,
c/o EUROSPORT AUTOMOTIVE, 107a King William St, KENT TOWN, 5067,
(Ph 83622333), no later than C.O.B. on the 22nd June
2007.
Fees:
Entry Fees for this event will be $110.00 for AROCA & MSCA
Affiliated Club members and $120.00 for Non-members, payable on
nomination. NOTE! All non-AROCA members will be granted
temporary membership of Alfa Romeo Owners Club SA for 1st July
2007 only. A $10 fee (included in entry) will apply.
Refunds:
Refunds will not be granted after the closing of entries on the
22nd June 2007 unless a replacement entry can be found, prior
arrangements have been made with the organisers or on
cancellation of the event.
Scrutineering:
All vehicles must carry current registration and be presented to
the Scrutineering Bay between the hours of 8:00 and 8:45AM.
Vehicles will be scrutineered by MSCA scrutineers.
Licenses:
All entrants
must hold a current Drivers Licence or Permit and L and P plates
must be displayed where necessary. All instructors will hold a
minimum of a CAMS L2S license.
Briefing:
Drivers
briefing will be held at the Scrutineering bay at 9:00AM. All
drivers and officials must attend.
The Event:
The Driver
Education course will consist of various low speed exercises
involving
instruction in
braking
techniques, accident avoidance and emergency procedures
sessions.
Safety Officer:
An official
designated by Adelaide International Raceway will be in
attendance at all times and will oversee general safety
requirements. Speeds in pit areas are to be walking pace when
pedestrians are present. Speed on the track must not exceed
110kph at any stage of the day.
Apparel:
Long sleeves
and long trousers must be worn. Sensible enclosed shoes must be
worn at all times. Bring a hat and warm jacket.
Awards:
No awards or
trophies will be presented.
Alcohol:
The
consumption of alcohol by drivers and officials is strictly
forbidden on the day until the completion of the event.
Spectators are forbidden to consume alcohol in the pit and
paddock area until the completion of the event.
Exclusion:
The Event
Director for the meeting may exclude from any further
participation, any entrant who;
a. Breaches the guidelines laid down within these Supplementary
Regulations,
b. Drives in a manner that may endanger themselves or another
entrant/official, or
c. Disobeys an official of AIR or AROCA.
Catering:

Children:
Parents
and/or guardians have the responsibility of maintaining control
of their children for the duration of the event. Children under
the age of 16 years are not permitted in the pitlane area at any
time during the event.
Cancellation:
The organisers
reserve the right to cancel the event due to extreme weather
conditions or any other unforseen circumstance.
